Our organization, over the past 15 years has not only provided for the needs of the beneficiaries in its own center of homeless children, but rather, extended a helping hand to other orphanage homes, prisons, individuals, and the society at large.

Touching Hearts by Naa Smyle Foundation has over the years been distributing eggs and other nutritious animals' products to the poor and the needy in our communities in Ghana, especially the rural area.
As part of our community outreach programs, we fish for the needy and provide for them. At Touching Hearts Foundation, we don't wait for the needy to come to us to seek help, but we rather look for them and assist them..
We care for the sick and the vulnerable in our societies so much. We contribute to the welfare of the disabled by providing wheel chairs and clutches to enhance their mobility.
